How do I connect my child to my own existing profile?

Why should I have a parent profile?

- Manage your children's profiles on SportMember with a single login in your own name (parent's name)

- Keep your own access and profile for the team(s) or club(s) you (the parent) are in

- Divorced families can give both the mother and father a parent profile to manage the children's profiles

- Associate an unlimited number of children to your parent profile

- You can access the child's profile, but the child can NOT access your parent profile

- The club your child(ren) belong to can communicate directly with you (the parent) without the child's profile

I'm a parent, and I'm already on SportMember

Open Profile Settings while you are logged into your own profile

  1. Press your initials at the top right
  2. Press Add profile
  3. Press Assign child and then Add existing profile
  4. Enter the username and password of your child's profile, which you will associate under your own profile
  5. Finish with the green button Assign profile

You now have a parent profile for your child's profile. This means that when you are logged in as yourself, you can now perform actions on behalf of your child's profile.

You can now switch to the child's profile by choosing their profile in the profile settings

Example: the child's profiles for Jonathan and David are associated with the father's profile Thomas Smith

  • TIP: You can add as many child profiles to your parent profile as you like. You will then have more profiles to switch between.

I'm a parent, but I do NOT already have a profile on SportMember

If you are not already affiliated with a team/club on SportMember but are just looking to keep track of your child(ren)'s SportMember profile and activities, we recommend that you create a parent profile.

The parent profile will then function as a teamless profile, but you will have your own login to manage your child(ren)'s profiles through one login in your (parent's) name.
